Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These terms apply to Twitch to Youtube Archive (“the application”), a personal tool operated by its owner. By using the application or this website, you agree to them.

1. About the application

The application records a Twitch broadcast and uploads the finished video to the operator's own YouTube channel as a private video. It is a personal tool and is not a public service. No accounts are offered to other users.

2. Acceptable use

The application is used only with content the operator is entitled to record, archive, and upload, such as their own broadcasts. It must not be used to infringe the rights of others, to circumvent platform protections, or to violate any law or the terms of Twitch, YouTube, or Google.

3. Third-party services

The application relies on services provided by others and is subject to their terms:

The application is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch or YouTube.

4. Privacy

Use of the application is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Recordings may be incomplete, audio may not be recoverable in every case, and uploads may fail or be altered by third-party platforms (for example through copyright claims).

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the application, including lost recordings, failed uploads, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

7. Termination

Access to the application may be changed or discontinued at any time. Google account access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
